Five Dollar Fidget Spinner! Kickstarter!

I’m sure some of you figured out what the poll and giveaway was for, but if you haven’t yet, here is your answer! I was trying to find out what the most suitable design would be to get a injection mold machined and the parts mass produced. I have been contacted numerous times by people asking if there was either a more affordable option, or if I had extra fidget spinners I could give away. I started to realized that there is a very large group of people who can’t afford even the cheapest spinner.I decided to do something about it. Kickstarter anyone?! Keep reading after the jump.

I decided to try and price out a fidget spinner for only $5. In order to do this I would need to pick one of the many designs I had already come out with. I ran a very successful giveaway(at the time of writing this I am just about to ship to the winners!) that had over 250 design choice submissions.

Poll Results

Here are the poll results from the giveaway. The Triplex and Trama were the winners, as I had anticipated. What edged the Trama over the Triplex is that it would be much more inexpensive to manufacture due to only having a single bearing. I should also note that I think the Trama is the nicest looking and the best spinner out of all of them!
